We had a WONDERFUL stay! The house was beautiful with fun amenities. It was well stocked in a “they thought of everything” way. We felt so comfortable immediately. The outdoor setting was so serene, my kids loved the movie screen by the hot tub! It was close to local shops and restaurants but definitely felt private.
I would only add for anyone traveling - there are steep stairs to get in the front door. There’s a graded path to the back door that would allow more access for someone differently abled. Once inside there are three bedrooms/2baths on main floor. Accessibility was not an issue for us but obviously an issue for many.

My husband and I enjoyed a quiet and relaxing weekend at Andrea‘s place. The house was so adorable and well appointed. We enjoyed making meals together and watching the sunrise from the back windows and sunset from the front windows. The backdrop of the woods behind the house was also lovely. There were so many things to do close by and plenty of walking in the immediate area. Andrea’s place is also quite possibly the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. We would like to return again someday and will also recommend her place to friends and family.

Our stay was perfect. We loved the house and how spacious it was with the room sizes. The bedrooms were all very nice and comfortable. It was very nice to have bathrooms close bedrooms and showers were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed and loved making our meals. The game room was a hit, along with the hot tub. We felt at home and had a great time.

This home was the perfect family getaway and felt like a reset for the soul. Evenings by the fireplace with soft blankets, wine, and Glenn Miller on the record player were unforgettable. Thoughtfully designed for families, the interactive game table and board games brought us together, while kids loved the waffle maker, Xbox, and arcade-style Pac-Man in the bunk-bed room. The backyard hot tub overlooked a peaceful wooded area, with moonlight filtering through tall trees, and the master bedroom featured a Jacuzzi-style tub for extra relaxation. Every detail was curated, making this home a private, serene retreat—fun, relaxing, and truly memorable

This house was perfect! Plenty of room for the four of us. Very clean and comfortable. Andrea was great at responding to any questions we had. The location was great! Outside of town with beautiful scenery but just a short drive to all the shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!!

10 out of 10!! We LOVED staying here. My girlfriends and I came for a little winter retreat and it was genuinely perfect. There were 5 of us and we had more than enough room and everything was beautiful and comfortable and peaceful and well cared for. The kitchen was extremely well appointed and had a great layout. Loved having a fireplace and hot tub and a garage to park the car in on these cold winter days! Could go on and on but probably the best way to communicate how much we loved it is that before we were even out of Galena, we booked again for next year (for even longer!). Thank you so much!!

We had an amazing time at this home ! It was just as pictured ! The instructions were very easy to follow. The master was beautiful! The whole home was very spacious and easily accommodated 10 people. Would definitely visit again !

It was so nice to walk in to this beautiful home after a very long day of travel. They have the softest blankets, the kitchen is great, and the bathrooms were nice. Our family enjoyed all of the games. We started each day in the gorgeous backyard with a game on the lawn. The neighborhood was quiet and everything we needed was a short walk or drive away. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved our stay! The tiny home was perfect for our cozy weekend getaway. Andrea was super helpful with instructions before our stay and very quick to respond when we had a question. We look forward to booking another stay when the weather is warmer to take advantage of all the outdoor amenities.

This place was exactly what we needed. Clean, plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the dogs settled right in without any trouble.
The fireplace became our evening ritual. There’s something about a real fire that just makes everything feel right. Hot tub and game room were also big wins for the group.
Check-in was seamless, the host was responsive and easy to work with, and everything matched the listing. No surprises, which honestly is all you can ask for.
We’d come back. If you’re traveling with a group and dogs and just want somewhere comfortable to actually relax, this is it.
