Other Details to Note

The cabin will be supplied with a few staples to get you started. You will find 2 extra rolls of toilet paper supplied, hand soap at each sink, 1 roll paper towel in kitchen, plenty of garbage bags, dishwasher pods, kitchen towels, sponge, dish soap and hand soap. For the coffee lovers, we supply a container of ground coffee and filters for the drip coffeemaker, and 10 Keurig pods. Well equipped kitchen with enough plates for 20 (one in dishwasher, one on the table!). New washer and dryer with provided laundry detergent and dryer sheets. This is an amazingly serene private property with woodland views in a secluded valley of your own! Because you are out in nature, you will see wildlife. This includes black bears, which makes it important to secure all trash. There are no steep drives and it is just off of main roads! There is one decline coming into the property. The grounds are somewhat flat which makes a fantastic area for lawn games and people of all ages to be able to walk around. Bring your friends and family, food, pack your bags and nothing else should be needed! FYI, we did not manage this cabin for 3 months, which is the reason for no reviews for 3 months.

Additional rules Smoking: -No smoking anywhere on the property (inside or outside of the home). -This includes tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc. Loud Noise: -No loud music/noise in the backyard after 10pm as a respect to the neighbors. -No parties (no more than the stated number of guests). 6. Pets: We are responsible pet owners and understand wanting to bring your pet! There is a charge for hosting your pet of $30 per animal/night that will be billed with your total stay. If you selected a pet, you were already charged $90. We have a few specific rules for pets. Please respond, "Yes, I agree to the pet policy," if you agree and wish to book. - Pet must have required shots, licenses and tags, including name tags. - Guest must provide bedding/crate for their pet for when they leave the property. One dog kennel is available at the home (suitable for dogs weighing 60 lbs or less). - If pets are going to be on the furniture or beds, please provide your own blanket to cover these items. - If you plan to leave, please make sure your pet is crated. - Guests must pick up after their pet and discard waste properly. Doggy bags or bag station is available for your convenience. - Guests are responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their pet has caused inside. Please notify us of any accidents or damage. - County Leash Law: it is illegal for people to allow their dogs to run free. The ordinance requires that if a dog is off its owner’s premise, the dog must be on a leash. - Guests are required to pay for any damage their pet causes.

Wooded location. You will not even notice the neighbors! Plenty of wildlife including occasional black bears. Short walking trails in woods surrounding house. Surrounding region has plenty of walking trails and places to explore without even getting back in your car.

Guest Access

You will be given a personal code prior to arrival giving you contact-less access to our cabin during your stay. You have access to everything (minus a small locked portion in a closet under the stairs is available for the guest.

This cabin was a great location for our family of 6. Lots of space, great kid-friendly options inside and outside. Andrea and team were responsive to questions. Definitely make note of the steep roads to the property. Also, it’s very remote. Cell service was very unreliable. WiFi was good.

This place was absolutely fantastic! Everything was as described and wonderful, but a few extra high notes: The master bathroom was absolutely amazing, the upstairs was perfect for kids, and it was just an overall perfect setup for two families. The extras that were provided made it so easy and we didn’t even need to unpack everything because so much was provided! A truly perfect getaway!

Cannot say enough about this cabin and Andrea! Our family found it to be the perfect peaceful location, but close to everything! Our kids had so much to do and the decor was modern but also cabin-comfort! Andrea was incredibly responsive to everything we needed. We felt right at home and did not want to leave!!! We will be back!!!

All I can say is WOW! We will definitely be back. In fact, there were jokes about never leaving and asserting squatter’s rights! The house was cozy yet spacious and luxurious. We had 4 adults, 2 teens, and 2 school age kids and more room than we needed plus everyone enjoyed themselves so much that there was very little screen time! Hosts were very responsive with a couple quick questions and even went out of their way to handle something to make things perfect. Our family needed this vacation for a lot of reasons and we left refreshed with happy hearts and rested souls!

We had a wonderful family getaway at Andrea’s cabin! The hosts have thought of every detail to make guests of all ages feel right at home, from kids books and serve ware and a play gym to fun decor and a perfect wraparound porch with many cozy places to sit. The cabin is peaceful, beautifully decorated and well-stocked. The kiddos had such a blast, too. Andrea was super responsive throughout the trip. 10/10, would recommend to any and all ages and we hope to be back!

Andrea’s place was a great spring break getaway with kids. We traveled with a 1, 3, 4, and 10 year old plus a dog and there was something enjoyable for everyone. We found the location peaceful and secluded, while still easily accessible to town, Blue Ridge, and Amicalola Falls. After a day of activities, the kids enjoyed coming back to play in the yard/playground or the upstairs play room, while the adults enjoyed the rocking chairs on the back porch. We also loved watching movies on the outside patio. The house itself was clean and spacious, with a great kitchen and comfortable beds. Andrea was always quick to respond and provided clear instructions. If you are traveling with a family (or not!) I would absolutely recommend this place!

Our group included three of my adult children and their families. There was more than enough space for all us. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need. We did have a question when we first arrived and Andrea and her co-owners were to answer and said to reach out if we needed them. It was so wonderful to watch my kids with their kids playing in the huge backyard, eating s’mores by the fire, playing games in the gaming area. We even got to wake up to at least 6-8 deer in the yard. My only regret is that we could not stay longer

Perfectly in between Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Trails End Hideaway is 20 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge, 6 minutes to downtown Ellijay. Central to apple orchards, wineries, hiking trails, waterfalls, tubing, white water rafting, kayaking, zip-lining, horseback riding, mini golf, gem mining, Big Foot exploration, Blue Ridge Scenic railroad, antique stores, and restaurants. This is a GREAT location for exploring the region!
