This bright and airy home features a split-master layout, offering privacy for the primary suite while keeping the other bedrooms conveniently located. The entire space is designed for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Living & Dining: - Relax in the main living room with comfortable seating, a 50" Smart TV (with Hulu & Disney+), and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. - Share meals or play board games at the 6-person indoor dining table, or dine al fresco at the 8-person outdoor table. Kitchen: - The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. - A complete coffee station with a Keurig, drip coffeemaker, and French press awaits. - Breakfast items (waffles and syrup) are provided to start your day right. Game Room: - The climate-controlled converted garage is a paradise for all ages, featuring two separate TV and Xbox stations, a ping pong table, and a classic pinball machine. Bedrooms & Sleeping (Sleeps 6): - Primary Suite: A serene space with a King bed, attached full bathroom, a 32" Smart TV, and a dedicated desk. - Bedroom 2: Features two twin beds that can be combined into a king. -Bedroom 3: A playful room with a twin bunk bed, perfect for younger guests. - Extras: Two Pack ’n Plays are also available. Outdoor Oasis: - Your private backyard features a turf lawn, multiple seating areas, swings, and misters for warm days. - Enjoy yard games like bag toss and Bocce ball, cook on the propane BBQ, and unwind by the propane fire table. Family-Friendly Features: - We welcome families with essentials like a highchair, two Pack ’n Plays, a baby bathtub, child-safe dishware, and a selection of books and toys. - The yard has no unfenced water features, allowing for peace of mind. Pets: - We welcome your furry family member as well! There is a $30/pet/night fee, that will be included if you select a pet. - If you are interested in bringing your pet, please reach out for our pet rules. For stays longer than 28 days, a lease will be required.
